This is my first time on this site and I applaud you for its professional look. I lived on Ridge Rd. outside of Stewartstown in the 70's. Since then I have served with 5 different departments; Dillsburg, Hershey and Elizabethtown in PA and Girdletree and Ewell (Smith Island) in MD. My first ambulance calls were in a hearse when I worked for a funeral home in 1966 after graduating from high school in Ohio. Glad to know Stewartstown and the local area are protected by FF and EMS personel who take their responsibility seriously. May God watch over you and your community!
Just checking in to see if you guys are available for our festival on Sunday, June 3rd. We talked back in the fall and hoping you guys don't have a prior commitment of the safety house. Thanks! Dick Naylor

Always enjoy Santa and the firetruck. Thanks Station 54 for a job well done! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of our volunteers and paid staff!
I would like to thank you again for your compassion and assistance at my mother's house on January 29th. The family is very grateful for your kindness and everything you did in our time of need. You went above the call of duty and we are so very thankful and appreciative for everything you did.

I can't thank the Eureka Fire Department enough for coming to our house after we called 911. Their response time to our house was 5 minutes and that was during the peak of the blizzard. Thanks also to the plow guys in Poplar Springs who heard our call for help and cleared the roads ahead of the emergency response vehicles.
It's nice to know that Stewartstown is serviced by people who actually care about the welbeing of its citizens!

I'm very greatful to see that fire engine and service truck at the Hickory RD Station! It was a much needed addition to your protection services. We are just too far away out here from your Main St Station. I thank all of you who made that possible!

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could tell me a little about the demolition and fire training at 14 West Pennsylvania Ave. I understand it was razed to make room for a new Rutters.
I lived in the house for 10 years prior to joining the Navy in 1969.
The fire station used to be just 2 doors up from my house and I always knew when there was a fire.
God bless the guys who risk their lives to fight those fires.
Keep the updates comin'. It's nice to see 54 doin' work.
